INGREDIENTS
- BASMATI RICE / PULAO RICE 1 CUP
- CUMIN SEEDS 1 TSP
- WHOLE SPICES , CARDAMON, CLOVE, STAR ANISE, BAY LEAF 1 EACH
- GHEE 1 TSP
- OIL 1 TSP
- SALT AS REQUIRED
- WATER 2 CUPS
- HEAT OIL AND GHEE IN A PAN OR COOKER
- ONCE ITS HOT ADD IN THE WHOLE SPICES AND SAUTE FOR MIN
- ONCE IT STARTS RELEASING AROMA ADD IN 1 TSP CUMIN SEEDS AND SAUTE FOR 2 MINS.
- NOW ADD IN WASHED & SOAKED RICE MIX WELL
- ADD IN REQUIRED SALT AND ADD IN WATER
- COVER AND COOK FOR TWO WHISTLES ON HIGH FLAME IF USING PRESSURE COOKER /OR TILL RICE IS COOKED ON OPEN METHOD..
