INGREDIENTS
- Boneless chicken 300 grams
 - Onions cut into cubes 1 cup
 - Capsicum cut into cube 1 cup ( different colors can be used )
 - Ginger & Garlic chopped 2 Tbsp
 - Green chilly 2 nos slit in the middle
 - Spring onions handful
 - Soya sauce 2 tsp
 - Red chilli sauce 1 tsp
 - Tomato sauce 1 tsp
 - Corn flour 1 Tbsp
 - Vinegar 1 tsp
 - Salt
 - oil ( sunflower oil /sesame oil )
 
FOR MARINATION
 Marinate chicken with 1 tbsp Kashmiri chili powder, ginger garlic paste, 1 egg , corn flour 1 tbsp ,1 tbsp rice flour salt and keep aside for min 30 mins 
METHOD
- First deep fry chicken till its golden color and keep aside
 - Heat a wok on high flame
 - Add oil
 - Once its hot, add chopped ginger garlic and saute for a min
 - Make sure it doesn't burn
 - To that add green chilies and saute
 - Now start adding onions and capsicum one by one and cook on high flame till its done
 - Once vegetables are cooked start adding the sauces and vinegar one by one and saute well for 2 mins
 - To this add the fried chicken and mix well
 - Finally add in the cornflour slurry ( mix corn flour to 1/4 cup water to make slurry without any lumps) to the mix and cook for another 2 mins
 - Sprinkle generous amount of spring onions and turn off the stove
 - Serve it hot with Fried rice or Roti
