WHOLE WHEAT PIZZA | INSTANT PIZZA | NO YEAST PIZZA | PIZZA SAUCE RECIPE INCLUDED | WITH STEP BY STEP VIDEO | KIDS SPECIAL

Sometimes you can’t find yeast in the store or sometimes you just want pizza crust fast and without any strange ingredients – and that’s when you want a no yeast pizza dough recipe or an instant pizza dough

In under 30 minutes you have have pizza on your table with ingredients you already have in your pantry. This is the easiest pizza dough recipe ever!

This recipe was given by my dear friend Chethu.


INGREDIENTS MAKES : 2 MEDIUM SIZE PIZZA

FOR PIZZA BASE :
  • WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR 1 CUP
  • MAIDA 1/4 CUP ( REFER NOTES )
  • BAKING POWDER 1/2 TSP
  • BAKING SODA A PINCH / 1/8 TSP
  • SUGAR 1 TSP
  • SALT 1/4 TSP
  • OIL 1 TBSP
  • CURD 1/2 CUP
METHOD FOR PIZZA BASE:
  • IN A BOWL ADD OIL, FOLLOWED BY BAKING POWDER, BAKING SODA, SUGAR, SALT MIX WELL AND TO THIS ,
  • ADD FLOUR AND CURD IN TWO ADDITION , YOU CAN ADJUST THE QUANTITY OF THE CURD ACCORDINGLY, KNEAD IT INTO A SMOOTH DOUGH.
  • APPLY OIL ON TOP OF THE DOUGH AND LET IT REST FOR 20 TO 25 MINS OR MIN 10 MINS.
FOR PIZZA SAUCE: INGREDIENTS:
  • TOMATO 2 NOS / BLANCHED & CHOPPED
  • ONION 1 SMALL
  • CHILI FLAKES 2 TSP
  • ITALIAN SEASONING 2 TSP
  • SALT A PINCH
  • OLIVE OIL 1 TSP
METHOD:
  • HEAT OIL IN A PAN
  • SAUTE ONIONS TILL ITS SOFT / DO NOT BURN THEM.
  • TO THAT ADD BLANCHED & CHOPPED TOMATOES AND SAUTE
  • NOW ADD IN CHILI FLAKES & ITALIAN SEASONING AND SAUTE TILL ITS DONE.
  • ADJUST SALT ACCORDINGLY
  • ONCE TOMATOES AND ONIONS ARE COOKED WELL TURN OF THE STOVE ANS LET IT COOL DOWN
  • ONCE ITS COOLED GRIND IT INTO A COARSE OR SMOOTH PASTE.
  • PIZZA SAUCE IS READY .
TO ASSEMBLE PIZZA:
  • PLACE THE DOUGH ON DUSTED SURFACE
  • FLATTEN THE DOUGH BY STRETCHING WITH HAND
  • FURTHER LEAVING A CM OR MORE CREATE A DENT.
  • THEN PRICK THE CENTER WITH THE HELP OF A FORK .
  • NOW PREHEAT A THICK BOTTOM PAN FOR 5 MIN,
  • TRANSFER THE DOUGH TO THE PAN AND COOK FOR 2 TO 3 MINS ON LOW FLAME
  • NOW FLIP THE SIDE & APPLY PIZZA SAUCE , YOUR TOPPINGS AND GRATED CHEESE
  • COVER AN COOK TILL THE CHEESE MELTS.
  • SERVE HOT.

NOTES: TOPPINGS CAN BE SLIGHTLY COOKED SEPARATELY PIZZA SAUCE CAN BE MADE IN ADVANCE AND CAN BE STORED IN REFRIGERATOR FOR 2 TO 3 DAYS. IF U WANT TO AVOID PLAIN FLOUR / MAIDA U CAN USE FULL WHOLE WHEAT AND INCREASE THE QUANTITY OF CURD
