WHOLE WHEAT CARROT BUNS / WHOLE WHEAT BUNS/SOFT AND MOIST BUNS

Buns and breads are my daughter favorite that's how i started baking them. Home baked breads are soo good after you start baking you hardly buy ready made. Do follow the below tips if you are baking for first time.

TIPS BEFORE YOU START BAKING BREAD:
  1. Read the Instructions properly
  2. Start with a Forgiving Bread ( Flour, yeast, water, and salt. Those are bread's basic ingredients.)
  3. It’s important to have all your ingredients in front of you before starting down
  4. Measure you ingredients properly, A few grams or ounces or kilotons here and there make a difference. Baking by measurements of weight, instead of volume, keeps tighter control of your proportions for a more consistently awesome bread.
  5. Use good quality Yeast
  6. Kneading is very important . (If the phone rings, let it ring. If the kids are around, send  them out of the kitchen. Kneading is all about teaching your hands what to expect from the dough.
  7. Keep a watch of you oven  (One of the most common mistakes in bread baking is throwing the dough in the oven and abandoning it.)
  8. Master a Basic, Then Expand (Get one loaf down before you start to improvise and experiment. Familiarizing yourself with the relationship between certain ingredients and how they affect the final product is vital information)
