Murg Malai Kabab

Murg malai kabab is nothing but chicken tikka made by marinating cheese and mild spices..

Ingredients
Boneless chicken
Green chilly 2 to 3 nos
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
White pepper powder 1 tsp
Cheese 1 tbsp
Thick Curd 1tbsp
Garam masla a pinch
Salt to taste

Method:
Grind green chillies ,ginger garlic paste , cheese and curd in a blender to make a smooth paste
To this add salt and spices. Before marinating chicken should be cleaned and rubbed with a kitchen towel or tissue so that all water is absorbed from it
 Now marinate the chicken with this mixture and refrigerate for 5 to 6 hrs..
Preheat the oven at 200°c
Assemble the chicken using skewers and grill for around 20 to 25 mins.
You can brush oil or ghee on top of it..
Serve hot with green chutney.

Here is a simple recipie for the chutney
Ingredients:
Mint leafs
Coriander leafs
Lime juice
Green chillies
Salt
Method:
Grind everything in a blender using little water.. Your chutney is ready..

Once you prepare this at home you will not go to restaurant and have it.. This is soo tender and juicy..
