Crispy chicken

Ingredients
Boneless chicken
All purpose flour
Cornflour
Eggs ( egg white )
Cornflakes
Pepper
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying.

Method:
Wash and clean the chicken
Cut into small pieces
In a small bowl mix all purpose flour , cornflower ,pepper and salt with little water to make a thick paste.
Beat two egg whites and keep aside
Crush the cornflakes with your hand and keep aside
Heat oil in a pan let it become hot
Mix the chicken in the flour batter dip in egg white and roll it in cornflakes powder
And then fry it in oil.
Crispy chicken is ready


It can be a starter or can be made as an evening snacks for kids.
