Ingredients
- Boneless chicken 250 gms
- Garlic finely chopped 4 to 5 pods
- Onion finely chopped 1
- Tomato sauce 1tsp
- Soya sauce 1/2tsp
- Dry red chilly 3nos
- Capsicum & carrot 3/4 cup sliced
- Spring onion
- Oil for deep frying ( sunflower oil / vegetable oil )
- Ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp
- Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
- Chilly powder 1/2 tsp pref Kashmiri chili powder
- Soya sauce1/2 tsp
- Egg white 1 large
- Corn flour 1 tbsp
- Salt to taste
- Marinate the chicken pieces with the ingredients under marination except cornflour and egg white and keep in refrigerator for a minimum of 20 mins
- Add cornflour and egg white to the marinated chicken and mix well.
- Deep fry the chicken pieces in oil until golden brown and crispy and keep it aside.
- Pour 2 tsp of oil used for frying in another pan
- Add finely chopped garlic, just sauté and then add chopped onion and sliced vegetables
- Sauté it for a min
- Add dry red chilly and sauté it for one min to that add soya sauce and tomato sauce
- Add fried chicken and mix well for 2 to 3 mins
Serve Hot With Fried rice / Noodles
