Dragon Chicken : Indo-Chinese Recipe



Ingredients

  • Boneless chicken 250 gms
  • Garlic finely chopped 4 to 5 pods
  • Onion finely chopped 1
  • Tomato sauce 1tsp
  • Soya sauce 1/2tsp
  • Dry red chilly 3nos
  • Capsicum & carrot 3/4 cup sliced
  • Spring onion
  • Oil for deep frying ( sunflower oil / vegetable oil )
For Marination
  • Ginger-garlic paste 1 tsp
  • Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Chilly powder 1/2 tsp pref Kashmiri chili powder
  • Soya sauce1/2 tsp
  • Egg white 1 large
  • Corn flour 1 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
Method

  • Marinate the chicken pieces with the ingredients under marination except cornflour and egg white and keep in refrigerator for a minimum of 20 mins
  • Add cornflour and egg white to the marinated chicken and mix well.
  • Deep fry the chicken pieces in oil until golden brown and crispy and keep it aside.
  • Pour 2 tsp of oil used for frying in another pan
  • Add finely chopped garlic, just sauté and then add chopped onion and sliced vegetables
  • Sauté it for a min
  • Add dry red chilly and sauté it for one min to that add soya sauce and tomato sauce
  • Add fried chicken and mix well for 2 to 3 mins
Garnish with spring onions  
 
Serve Hot With Fried rice / Noodles
