Spinach omelet is a quick, easy & healthy breakfast option
Ingredients:
- Eggs : 3 to 4 nos
- Onions chopped: 1 small
- Capsicum chopped: 1/4 cup ( 2 Tbsp )
- Spinach washed, cleaned, and finely chopped: 1 cup
- Salt as required
- Garlic butter:1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder: 1/4 tsp
- Pepper Powder: 1 tsp
- Heat butter in a pan
- Once it’s hot, add chopped onions and sauté till it soft
- Now add in capsicum and sauté for 2 mins
- To that add in chopped spinach and sauté on high flame for 2 mins
- Now add in turmeric, pepper & salt and cook for a min
- Finally, add in beaten egg and slowly mix or spread ( do not over mix as you do in the scrambled egg ) and let it cook on low flame.
- U can flip the side as well
- Serve hot
