SPINACH OMELETTE | QUICK & EASY | EGG RECIPES | Breakfast Recipe | Healthy Recipes

 Spinach omelet is a quick, easy & healthy breakfast option



Ingredients:
  • Eggs : 3 to 4 nos
  • Onions chopped: 1 small
  • Capsicum chopped: 1/4 cup ( 2 Tbsp )
  • Spinach washed, cleaned, and finely chopped: 1 cup
  • Salt as required
  • Garlic butter:1 tbsp
  • Turmeric powder: 1/4 tsp
  • Pepper Powder: 1 tsp
Method:
  • Heat butter in a pan
  • Once it’s hot, add chopped onions and sauté till it soft
  • Now add in capsicum and sauté for 2 mins
  • To that add in chopped spinach and sauté on high flame for 2 mins
  • Now add in turmeric, pepper & salt and cook for a min
  • Finally, add in beaten egg and slowly mix or spread ( do not over mix as you do in the scrambled egg ) and let it cook on low flame.
  • U can flip the side as well
  • Serve hot
